Fur kids are essential to your wellbeing, which is why Drewery Place includes a large pet park and pet wash. And when they need a little more space to play fetch or sniff around, you’ll find Midtown Park right across the street.

Pet Policy

Policy
  • Cats and dogs up to 75 pounds permitted.
  • Limit 2 indoor pets per apartment. No exotic animals.
Fees

Non-refundable pet fee of $500 for the first animal plus $250 for each additional animal.

Pet Rent

Monthly Rent of $25/pet/month.

Breed Restrictions

Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof. Letter required by Certified Veterinarian for proof of breed, weight, and required vaccinations.

The Deck, Level 8

Make a splash.

Houston’s largest deck surrounds an expansive pool with its own swim-up bar. With tanning lounges in the pool, BBQ grills, a grassed chill-out zone and VIP cabanas, the whole area is just made for after work hangs or weekend celebrations.

Library & Arts Lounge, Level 8

Work + Life = Balance.

Beyond The Deck on Level 8, you can boost your productivity in the co-working space, consult with clients in the conference room and if you’re working to a deadline, head to the solitude of a work pad.
After hours, get creative in the arts lounge, curl up with a good book in the library, shoot some pool, learn a new kitchen technique then for it all off in the yoga studio and fitness center.
