The ‘’applicant’’ is the person/s who will be signing the lease as the ‘’resident’’. ‘’Occupants’’ are defined as authorized residents under the lease.
All applicants must be 18 years+ and are required to provide a current valid photo ID.
All Drewery Place applications incur a non-refundable $250 admin fee, and a $100 fee per applicant credited back upon approval and move in.
To be considered for residency, all applicants must provide:
- At least two years of verified rental history
- An income verification that is 2.5 times higher per household than the asking rent
- Possess no convictions of violent or sexual crimes
- Provide a satisfactory credit history
Any evictions or owed balances to utilities or past landlords will result in automatic denial.
